Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 8/7/2023野澤温泉には夏場に始めて行きました。本当にゆっくりと最高の時間を過ごす事が出来ました。 最高の食事と最高の温泉に雰囲気、更に心遣いと何も申す事がありません。 最後に帰る時気が付いて後ろを振り返ると歩いて30m以上過ぎているにも関わらず、 二人で見送りを（まさに見送り）をして頂きました。 本当の心遣いを感じました。 有難うございました。

華美ではなく、かといって質素ではなく清潔で、従業員の心使いが感じられました。 食事は、栄養面の気配りも感じられました。量的にもちょうどよい量でした。 食後のコーヒーがあれば尚良かったと思います。

こじんまりとしていて、落着いた雰囲気の旅館でした。 １日、10組限定なので、静かでした。浴場は、かなり小さかったですが、３回入浴しましたが、ほぼ、一人か二人でしたので、大丈夫でした。 部屋に、ドライヤーが無かったので、フロントに連絡して借りました。 お風呂の温度が、かなり熱いので、湯上りのあとかなり、汗がでます。脱衣場で、すぐにドライヤーを使用するのは辛いので、出来れば部屋にドライヤーは常備してほしいなと思いました。 食事は、地産地消で、量的にもちょうど良く、おいしく頂きました。担当して下さった係の方が、とても感じが良かったです。お料理を出すタイミングも良く、しずかな口調で落着きました。 お部屋に関しては、満足しています。 感じの良い、宿泊施設でした。

野沢温泉スキー場、とても良かったです。ヨーロッパの人が多くてびっくりしました。big snow を求めて遥々やって来られるそうですね。住吉屋さんはスキー場に行く歩く歩道に近く、とても便利だと思います。お部屋も明かるくきれいで、お料理も美味しくヘルシーでした。温泉も空いていたので、遠慮なく適温にさせていただきました。すごくインターナショナルな温泉街で、外国旅行したみたいです。

Breakfast starts at 7:30, 8:00 and 8:30. Please note that we cannot accept breakfast hours other than those listed on the left.
There are no facilities such as elevators in the building. All rooms are located on the 2nd floor and above. Please note that it is essential to use the stairs when moving to a room, restaurant, or hot spring.
The annex is located in the back of the main building, and the 2nd floor of the main building and the 1st floor of the annex are connected by a corridor. Please be aware that it will be a deep place from the entrance and hot springs.
Smoking is prohibited on the premises including all guest rooms and restaurants.
If any of the following items cannot be consumed, we cannot accept reservations with a meal plan. Flour, gluten, kelp, bonito, soybeans, eggs, gelatin.
If you have any allergies due to other ingredients, please let us know at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate you. We may not be able to respond depending on the allergen, and we may ask you to cancel your reservation.
Please note that we may not be able to check all the substances that may be allergens in the manufacturing process of the ingredients used.
