Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)4Posted: 10/3/2023部屋も水回りもリフォーム済みのため、とても気持ちよく過ごせます。化粧水などもフロントにあります。ミネラルウォーターは部屋にありますが、ワンハーモニーの会員なら、さらにオレンジジュースかお茶が人数分もらえます。２階にある中華レストランの宿泊者限定メニューがビールつきでなかなかよかったです。

一泊2日で利用させて頂きました。毎回、駐車割引券をいただくのですが、割り引かれていません。どうしてなのかよくわかりません。今回フロントにも相談しましたが「使えますよ」とのことでした。チェックアウトの日の夕方支払ったのですが時間的に無理なのでしょうか。
Reply from the property日頃より当ホテルをご利用頂き誠に有難うございます。恐れ入りますが、駐車場料金は専用立体駐車場をはじめ契約駐車場も含め全て有料でご案内しています。ご滞在中にお客様への明確な説明が至らなかった事を重ねてお詫び申し上げます。駐車場割引券は通常の時間駐車料金がかかる所を、規定の時間内だけを固定料金でお支払い出来る割引券となっています。契約駐車場の場所により料金体系が異なり、例えば15時から翌日午前11時迄が規定時間1000円でご利用出来る駐車場の場合、午前11時以降も引き続き駐車された場合の駐車料金は、割引券利用で1000円をお支払い頂く他に、別途時間駐車料金が発生致します。ご利用されるお客様にとりましては駐車場の説明として至らぬ点があるかと存じますが、予めご容赦下さいます様何卒宜しくお願い申し上げます。お忙しい中ご投稿有難うございました。 宿泊課 山本

さすが、JALさん、部屋は、とても綺麗でした。 立地も便利で、夕食には、歩いて、中華街へ。チェックアウト後は、車を預けたまま、港まで歩いて、軍艦島クルーズへ。駐車時間が、12時から12時というのもGOOD！！（駐車時間）延長可能（追加料金必要）なのも、助かりました。傘もお借り出来て、ありがとうございました。 朝食ビュッフェは、クルーズの時間が早い為、珍しく、朝一で頂いたのですが、お粥に、ほとんどお米がありませんでした(-_-;)

今回の泊りは部屋の改装をしたのでしょうかたいへんきれいでした。ユニットバスも比較的にゆったりとしていましたし、トイレも新しくきれいでした。 ゆっくり寝られました。朝食もバイキングで品数も多すぎるくらいで、美味しく頂きました。シリアルもあってよかったです。 中華街にも近く長崎に行った際には是非ＪＡＬシティに泊まりたいです。
