[Breakfast, Yamato Tea Rice Porridge] Yamato Tea Rice Porridge, a popular local dish of Nara, is said to have originated when it was made and eaten by monks at Todaiji Temple long ago. The porridge cooked with roasted green tea is smooth and not sticky, making it easy to eat.
