Please enjoy Iwamuro Onsen at Yumotoya. ■Dinner We offer a standard banquet for all four seasons. We offer appetizers, steamed dishes, and hot pot dishes. For meals, we will serve one of the three major brands of Niigata rice, ``Iwafune Koshihikari.'' *We try to keep the number of times dishes are served as low as possible. *Please note that the photos of the serving dishes and the serving method are for illustrative purposes only and may change depending on the season. ■Breakfast A breakfast buffet where you can enjoy Niigata's local cuisine. At the rice ball corner, you can enjoy delicious rice from ``rice-producing Niigata.'' Enjoy Yumotoya's special breakfast, including a choice of one-person hotpot and grilled fish heated on a charcoal grill. *At the buffet, we are taking strict measures to avoid the 3 Cs, such as wearing masks and gloves.
