Japan|Age: 50s|Business1Posted: 3/3/2023お風呂に期待して予約しましたが、受付の方の対応が悪すぎて部屋のシャワーで済ませました。部屋も合宿所のような部屋ですしバスタオルはペラペラだし他のアメニティーも安っぽい物ばかり、エアコンや空気清浄機はうるさいし何もかもが最悪、しつこいですが風呂側のスタッフの接客は全くなってませんよ！二度とこんなとこは利用したくありません。

From August 1, 2019, all rooms are non-smoking rooms. If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking area designated by our hotel.
There are 250 parking lots on the west side. Free of charge. No application, delivery or procedure is required. In addition, we cannot accept any requests regarding the parking lot.
We cannot accept requests for changing from a Japanese-style room to a Western-style room, from a Western-style room to a Japanese-style room, or for exceeding the number of guests.

Annex Live Fish Restaurant (Non-Smoking) Last orders 20:00; Closes 21:00 *If you do not have a reservation for dinner, you may not be able to use it.

The south entrance (in front of the hotel front desk) will be locked at 23:30. The west entrance (in front of the day trip hot spring reception) will be locked at 25:00. You can go out even after locking the door. If you call me, I will unlock it.
There is no front desk staff from 23:30 to 7:00. It will be handled by the night guard.
