部屋に入った瞬間、掛け布団カバーに喀痰用の汚れが4、5箇所あり、とても不快でした。 すぐ交換して頂きましたが、このご時世で考えられません。 便座も冷た過ぎて死ぬかと思いました。 そして、忘れ物をした自分が悪いのですが、お部屋の清掃担当の方が気付かず破棄してしまったのか、どうなのか不明ですが、翌日問い合わせの電話をさせてもらいましたが、ありませんという事で非常にショックでした。
