From the perspective of the SDGs, from January 1, 2024, rooms will be cleaned once every three nights for consecutive stays. Example: For a 4-night, 5-day stay, cleaning will be done on the 4th night, and for an 8-night, 9-day stay, cleaning will be done on the 4th and 7th nights. *The mineral water distribution service when cleaning is not required will be discontinued. On days other than room cleaning days, bath towels and face towels will be placed at the door and we will not enter the room. If you need a new bath mat, we will give it to you at the front desk. *Even if you do not request cleaning, we will clean your room once every three nights. *We may enter your room for maintenance or emergencies even on days other than cleaning days.
