Japan|Age: 60s|Business4Posted: 6/4/2023老舗のホテルで、従業員の方々の接客は素晴らしかったです。雨の日だったので、千里中央駅から歩くのが面倒でした。歩道に屋根があると便利なのですが・・・。チェックインが混んで、１５分くらい並びました。システムのせいだと思いますが、一人一人にかかる時間が長いですね。東館２階から４階までエレベーターが１機しかなく、中も狭いのは不便でした。建物全体に古いのは仕方ないと思います。部屋はきれいに清掃されていました。

家からとても近いですが、母が泊まりに来たので宿泊しました。2025年度末に閉館ということで、息子も泊まってみたいというので^_^ お部屋はゆったりしていて、久しぶりに1人のベッドでゆっくり眠れました。 このような立地のホテルが閉館とは非常に残念です。閉館までにまた訪れたいです。

万博公園に用事があって宿泊しました。立地もよく、古いですが清潔にされていて、お部屋も綺麗で満足です。ご丁寧なサービスをありがとうございました。

朝食バイキングは、種類が少ない感じはありましたが、値段を考えるとコスパはいいです

老舗の高級ホテルながら、スタッフの方々からもホテルそのものの雰囲気からも家族的な温かみを感じるとても良いホテルです。部屋も掃除が行き届いており、心地よく快適に過ごさせて頂きました。朝食は、和食とビュッフェから選べるのですが、どちらもとても美味しかったです。機会があれば是非また宿泊したいです。ありがとうございました。
