Prepared by our proud chefs using seasonal cooking techniques. Dinner Banquet Cuisine (Dining Area) Featuring Taishoya's popular special beef and seafood from the Ariake Sea, along with locally sourced fresh ingredients. Adapted to the season, the banquet cuisine is adorned with attention to detail in the plating and choice of dishes. Breakfast: Japanese Set Meal (Breakfast Venue) Breakfast features the locally famous Ureshino specialty, 'melting yudofu,' as the main dish, complemented by a Japanese-style set meal rich in regional flavors. Dining Location Both dinner and breakfast are served at the dining venue. Dinner starts at 6:00 PM, and the last order is at 7:00 PM. Please inform us of your preferred dinner start time when making a reservation. Meals are exclusively Japanese cuisine for both dinner and breakfast. Hot Springs Ureshino Onsen, one of Japan's three great beauty-enhancing hot springs. Taishoya offers the 'Shiki-no-Yu,' a large bath surrounded by greenery and rich in atmosphere. There is a large public bath called 'Taki no Yu,' where you can enjoy a garden with a waterfall. In addition, 'Taki no Yu' also features a mist sauna that utilizes hot spring heat. 'Shiiba Sansou' boasts the largest open-air bath in Western Kyushu, called 'Shiiba no Yu,' and the gentle warmth of wood in 'Yama no Yu.' * 'Shiiba Sansou' offers a free shuttle bus service.
