令和5年4月からたぶん7回目の宿泊。駅、飲食店に近く、駐車場が無料、部屋も広く、清潔、ゴミ箱などの配置も自然で使いやすい。朝食ブフェもアレルギー表示がしっかりしており、内容も豊富でおいしい。室内のテレビもソニーの4Kで大きさも適当で、基本的に言うことがない。細かい点では、同じツインでも部屋のタイプが様々で、ほとんどバリアフリーの部屋もあれば、バスルームの入り口がかなり高く老人には危険であったり、ベッドのすぐそばの床にドアストッパーが飛び出していて夜間うっかりすると足を引っかけそうな部屋もある。少し残念なのは、本庄の水質かもしれないが、水栓から出る水がかなりまずい。頑張って欲しいのは、部屋のメインテナンス、クリーニングで、これまでに、バスルームにカビが目立った、便座に汚れがあった、ゴミ箱が置かれてなかった、テレビが映らなかった、バスルームのドアの締まりが悪かった、入り口のドアが固かったといった問題を経験した。ルームメイキング時、最後にチェックリストなどで点検をすれば防げる問題だけに残念だった。今後の改善に期待する。

5階の大浴場は清掃が行き届いていており、空使い勝手もいいです。ユニットバスも機能的で良かったです。エレベーターが3基もあり、あまり待つ事もありません。1階のフロントは大理石に囲まれて高級感がありますよ。
