GW帰省のUターンの中継地点として利用しました。 建物や部屋は綺麗で、駐車場も大きめの車でも快適でした。 館内にローソンがあり、近場に飲食店もいくつかあります。 5歳になる子供と一緒に寝るにはツインのベッドは狭すぎました。 ベッド間に備え付けの棚があり、2つをくっつける事はできませんでした。

乳幼児の子供がいるため、過ごしやすい和室の部屋を探していたところちょうど良い部屋があったの宿泊しました。広々とした和室で子供ものびのびと過ごせて良かったです。お布団はホテルの方に頼んで敷いていただきサービス面も良かったです。

さいたまスーパーアリーナのイベント時に利用しました。 駅やさいたまスーパーアリーナから少し歩きますが、雨の時はほぼ傘をささずに往復できました。 コンビニが併設されており便利です。 部屋は広くて清潔でした。 事前に電話した時もチェックインチェックアウト時のフロントの対応もよかったです。

室温と寝具の組み合わせで少し寒かったのですがフロントで毛布追加を頼んだらすぐに持ってきてくれました。朝食のジュースの補給が間に合ってなかった点が少し気になりましたがその他は快適に過ごせました。
