[ This is a plan with breakfast included and no dinner.] Breakfast The Three-Treasure Tray Breakfast inspired by Izumo Taisha features auspicious seasonal vegetables from Izumo (mallet-shaped yam, burdock, taro, and locally made roasted fish tied with auspicious kelp) simmered together, and stir-fried heron arame seaweed prepared with small bowls garnished with crane-shaped radish and turtle-shaped carrot. Additionally, Izumo herbal juice combines plants mentioned in the Izumo Fudoki (pine bark, kudzu root, lily) with seasonal vegetables to create a juice, and the four items are presented on white wooden trays inspired by the sacred domain.
