部屋のトイレがかなり狭く、ロビーの方を使ってみたらそちらはウォシュレットが故障していました。

To prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, we will stop using the large communal bath and sauna for the time being. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
The parking lot can accommodate a total of 180 cars in the Matsue station square building, main building, and annex (1,000 yen per night, tax not included). Parking lots are on a first-come, first-served basis. (Reservations not accepted)
Due to the multi-storey car park, it may not be possible to store the car depending on the model, size, and equipment. Motorcycles and large vehicles are not allowed.
When all the parking lots (180 cars) in Matsue 3 Building are full, we will only introduce general parking lots in the city.
Since there is no tie-up with a general parking lot, payment will be made by time calculation. It is expected to be full during consecutive holidays and city events.
There is an additional charge for room use before check-in time (before 16:00) and after check-out (after 10:00).
Please be sure to contact us if check-in is past the scheduled time. If you do not contact us, we will not be able to come.
