いつ行っても、満足できる宿です。周辺散歩と、部屋でビールを飲みながら読書という過ごし方にピッタリです。富岳も良い宿ですが、琵琶スタッフの皆様にある、もてなしの柔らかさが心地よいです。
坂を少し登った所にあり風が心地よい日にお邪魔しました。 古民家風の建物で広々として居心地が良くくつろげました。 部屋の源泉掛け流しのお風呂はいつでも入れてアメニティも良いものを揃えてあります。温度調節が必要だけど自分好みにできるのもいいです。 食事は一品づつ丁寧に供されスタッフは皆感じがよかったです。季節のタケノコの料理があったらさらに良かったなと思います。こちらではタケノコ狩もできるので取り立てのが食べられたらいいですね。 こちらのお風呂は全てが露天風呂なので酷暑の時とか嵐の時、雪の時などは内風呂が有るといいなって思いました。 貸切風呂にはコーヒー牛乳と牛乳があって美味しかったです。 今はタケノコ狩ができるそうです。次回は琵琶の実がなった頃伺いたいと思います。

食事のレベルが残念です。 部屋の雰囲気やイメージの演出なのか薄暗く、備え付けの家電が色も雰囲気もマッチしていない。せっかくの立派な梁や柱・壁が生かされていない様に感じる。 天井が高いので室内温度の調整が追いつかない。 そして、布団一枚では寒くて寝つけない。 アジアンテイストの演出なのか、東南アジア系のスタッフが非常に多い。それが悪いとは思わないが、会話が通じないところがある。 心付けを出そうとは思えなかった....。

富岳と遜色ない素晴らしい宿、あえて選ぶなら、富士山を見るなら富岳、夕日を見るなら琵琶。常連ではないが、以前にサービスをしてくださった方々が覚えていてくださるなど、ゲストを大切にする姿勢も素晴らしいです。また伺います。ああ、こちらには、貸し切り露天風呂(脱衣場にコーヒー牛乳があり、懐かしく、久々に飲みました)もあり、眺めも気持ち良かったです。
