These are voices expressing a desire to fully enjoy Izu's vegetables to their heart's content. Inspired by such feedback, here’s a conversation among the staff during a meeting one day: 'There wasn’t a plan that was just for vegetables, was there?' "The vegetables in the priest's garden are delicious, aren't they?" So, based on our customers' feedback, we decided to bring the idea to life and created the [Plan to Enjoy Plenty of Vegetables]! With the skin on, you can eat them as they are. Vegetables nurtured by the rich land of Izu, packed with deliciousness. Sometimes freshly picked vegetables from the abbot’s field make an appearance, or proudly grown vegetables from local unmanned stalls put up by local ladies. It is a plan that allows you to feel the happiness of being able to eat delicious vegetables every day, which is a matter of course in Izu. If you’re worried about whether you’ll feel full with just vegetables or if it’ll be unsatisfying, have no fear. [It's a plan with plenty of vegetables] (laugh). Meals [Dinner] *Watanabe Fisheries' Select Alfonsino* For dinner, we offer 'simmered golden-eye snapper' as the main dish. The larger the alfonsino, the more flavorful it becomes. A big size of over 1.2kg packed with rich flavor! Enjoy the taste of alfonsino simmered to perfection, ensuring all the umami is retained. In addition to simmered alfonsino, we will prepare seasonal original creative dishes. Dinner starts at 6:00 PM. For elementary school children, seasonal menus will be provided, and for preschool children, kids' plates will be prepared. Alfonsino is not included for children. This is a plan where you can enjoy freshly caught alfonsino from Shimoda Port. Izu's alfonsino is a delicacy that can be enjoyed three ways! The first way is shabu-shabu. Its freshness allows it to also be enjoyed as sashimi. The second way is porridge. The rice porridge, rich with golden eye snapper broth, is truly delicious. The third way is head miso soup for breakfast. The alfonsino head is made into miso soup with 'the landlady's homemade miso.'
