【Notice of changes from February 2025】 ■ During high season, the time for activities that produce noise will be changed from 【until 9 PM】 to 【until 11 PM】. ■ 【All buildings non-smoking】 will be changed to 【Non-smoking buildings will accommodate 1 to 6 people, and buildings for 8 people or more will allow smoking】. ■ Free reservation date changes up to once!■ After cancellation, 10% of the accommodation fee will be converted into Hopia lodging vouchers!(Valid for one year) Please contact us at 0455620429. It's just a short walk to the ocean!!You can return to your room directly from the sea. ■ Important Notes ■ The lively time is until 11 PM.Please consult us regarding bringing speakers or other equipment. 【Check-in & Check-out】 Check-in: 15:00-18:00 Check-out: Until 11:00 ● If you will be checking in after 6 PM, please be sure to contact us (045-562-0429). Early check-in or late check-out will incur an additional charge of 10% of the room rate per hour. Late-night check-in after 10 PM will incur a fee of 2,000 yen per hour except in special cases. [Special Notes on Fees] (※1) Number of free parking spaces per building One-box building, 2-person log house building, 6-person building: Up to 1 vehicle 10-person building: Up to 2 vehicles 14- and 22-person buildings: Up to 4 vehicles 25- and 30-person buildings: Up to 5 vehicles ● For vehicles exceeding the free parking spaces included with the room, additional charges (listed below) will apply. Standard car: 800 yen/night, Motorcycle: 400 yen/night, Large vehicle: 1600 yen/night ● Additional parking fees will apply for all vehicles before check-in (3:00 PM) and after check-out (11:00 AM). ● During the high season, additional parking may not be available. ・Pet: 2,200 yen per pet per night 【On-site options】 - Private open-air bath: 2,200 yen per hour (minimum usage is 2 hours). - BBQ set (grill plate + BBQ net + charcoal): Large 3,850 yen (around 10 people) / Small 2,200 yen (around 3 people) [Facilities in each building] Cooking utensils and tools (pot, electric rice cooker, cutting board, knife, rice paddle, ladle, cooking chopsticks, colander, etc.) Air conditioner, fan, blackout curtains (partial), complete set of tableware, hot plate, electric kettle, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, bedding (for the maximum capacity)
