ホテル内は清潔感がありましたが、風呂桶が汚すぎで残念でした。 朝食バイキングの受け付けがいない為、テーブルへの案内が間に合わず、バタバタ、ガヤガヤしていました。

フロントの態度が良くない。言葉づかい、対応力がサービス業とは思えないレベル。本当にヒドイ！！ 食事もこちらのタイミングを見ずにどんどん持ってきて、落ち着いて食べられなかった。

シンプルに整えられていたお部屋やスタッフの皆さんの気配り、産地直送の美味しい食事、などとても気持ちの良い旅をしました。 卓球場があって面白いな、と感じました。お土産コーナーがもう少し広く、野菜などの鮮度の良いものが置いてあると嬉しかったです。

1/3に宿泊しました。良い点は、和洋室の部屋が広かったのと、部屋から富士山が良く見えた事です。悪い点は、部屋が臭かった。さっきまでマクドナルドでも食べていた？全然消臭されてなかった！朝食はビジネスホテルの無料バイキングレベル。洗面所のコップは最も安価な紙コップで、キャンプでも使わない物でした。ですが、天気が良くて雲も無い富士山がすべてを救ってくれた感じです。

- If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher at the time of temperature measurement, you may be asked to refrain from staying according to the instructions of the health center. Please use self-service to lay out the futon. We will change the breakfast buffet to a morning set meal. Some facilities and services (footbath, karaoke, entertainment room [Mahjong], etc.) will be suspended. The exchange between the large and small baths will be suspended, and the bathing time will be changed by 23:30. Please use the large and small baths for 8 people and 6 small baths at a time.
