Effective for conditions such as cold sensitivity, stiff shoulders, lower back pain, skin disorders, hemorrhoids, fatigue recovery, and sprains. ・'Sauna' - A mist sauna containing herbal ingredients. ② Indoor Bath 15:00–23:00 A hot spring exclusively for overnight guests. The bath uses Mera's hot spring water and has only one tub, but since there are no day-trip visitors, you can relax and enjoy your time.
