Japan|Age: 40s|Solo5Posted: 9/27/2023何度も宿泊させていただいております。 立地は駅からかなり遠いため、歩けるけど徒歩だとちょっとしんどい。 食事は凄く良いのですが、値も張るので大抵は素泊まりにしています。 いつの間にか部屋の茶菓子のサービスが無くなっていました。 しかし、お風呂だけで最高評価を付けざるを得ないと思います。 また、利用させていただきたいです。

9月19日から2泊でツインベット+和室のお部屋に宿泊しました。2人で泊まるには充分な広さでゆっくりできました。喫煙者ですが空気清浄機もあり、同伴者にも気兼ねがなくて良かったです。ホテルに泊まると気になる冷蔵庫のモーター音も静かでした。温泉は広々として、お湯は化粧水に入っているかのようにまろやかです！サウナは小さいですが、水風呂が広く、ゴルフ後の筋肉疲労も癒されます。食事も手の込んだ懐石料理で土鍋で炊いたご飯が最高に美味しかったです。また是非、利用したい大好きな宿です！

予約時に泊まれる部屋が少ないにも拘わらず当日の宿泊者数は極めて少なかった。 経費節減なのだろう、出勤の従業員も少なくに元気さが無い。 大浴場の入り口付近の照明が２日間チカチカと点滅を繰り返し、あるフロアーのELVホール前に敷かれた絨毯の角が劣化し捲れ上がって躓きの危険が在る。 風呂の掃除人や従業員がそれらに気づかないはずもなく、彼らにやる気がないだけ。 良いお湯とそれなりの朝食バイキングに長年好感を持って通ったが、「倒産か次回来るときは経営が代わっているかもね。」との同行者の言葉が寂しい。

古いホテルのためひび割れ等があり部屋のお風呂は入る気になりませんでした。また、タクシーの手配が自分で行わなければいけない点は驚きました。

スタッフの方の対応は丁寧です。混みすぎずリラックスして大浴場を楽しみたい方には向いているかもしれません。部屋の明かりが暗いためパソコン作業をされる方には向いてない。
