This is a full-course meal that includes appetizers, hors d'oeuvre salad, soup, fish dish, meat dish, homemade dessert, and coffee (or tea). You can enjoy local ingredients such as Nikko's premium Yasiomasu salmon and locally grown vegetables. We serve each dish individually so that you can enjoy them at their best, with hot dishes served hot and cold dishes served cold. All desserts after the meal are handmade by the chef, and you can choose three of your favorites from 12 to 14 varieties. You can have dessert up to two times (total of nine varieties).
