This course includes an eight-inch serving of sake snacks, a shabu-shabu platter, rice, and dessert. We sometimes hear from customers that when eating a full kaiseki course, they end up only 50-80% full from the appetizers before they even get to the meat. For that reason, we recommend this course to customers who want to skip the sashimi, soup, grilled dishes, simmered dishes, etc., and still have room to savor the meat. Please enjoy Tochigi Wagyu beef, which has won the highest award at tastings many times, and the sweet, refreshing, and tender Nikko (Himitsu) pork, a Nikko specialty. This course includes sashimi of Tochigi's specialty Yasiomasu salmon with freshly drawn yuba, an assortment of seasonal ingredients to go with your sake, a shabu-shabu dish of Tochigi Wagyu beef and Nikko pork, rice, and dessert. 　 Enjoy Tochigi Wagyu beef, which has won the highest awards at tastings many times. It is written as Nikko pork but pronounced Himitsubuta. It has a refreshing taste with sweet fat. 　 You will be dining in the dining hall. Social distancing is sufficient. For large groups, dining will be done at tables pushed together.
