The supermarket is about a 30-second walk, the bakery is about a 1-minute walk, and the convenience store is about a 10-minute walk. There are also restaurants within walking distance. It is about a 15-minute walk from Awa-Kainan Station. It is about a 10-minute walk to Osato Matsubara Beach. Convenient for seaside walks, fishing, pilgrimage trips, solo travel, or business stays.
