A guest room for railway enthusiasts, 'The Yoshino River Second Bridge Room' is available. The railway-themed room 'Moonlight Oboke' has opened! Produced by railway photographer Masami Tsubouchi, The Japanese-style room on the 4th floor with a view of the railway bridge was remodeled into a room for railway fans with about 20 associates! On the window side overlooking the railway bridge (Yoshino River Second Bridge), a two-seater seat from a former JNR Series 14 passenger car has been installed. The seats were acquired from Wakasa Railway in Tottori Prefecture. The interior features the headmark of the temporary train 'Taraboke-go' operated by JR Shikoku and destination plates (sabo) once used on Shikoku trains hanging as decorations. Photos of Shikoku railways taken by Mr. Tsubouchi are displayed on the walls, and the bookshelves are lined with timetables and railway magazines. A DVD player for watching railway-related DVDs is also available. Special gift: Moonlight Oboke original towel The room name is inspired by the former overnight train 'Moonlight Kochi' that ran on the Dosan Line. A timetable diagram of the Dosan Line is laid out on the desk, so why not sit here and plan your train photography sessions as the various trains pass over the railway bridge visible from your room window?
