Japan|Age: 60s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 6/6/2023有明四季劇場でライオンキングを鑑賞する前日に、宿泊しました。駅からも四季劇場からも近くて、立地はとても良いです。 お風呂や食事は隣接の有明ガーデンを利用。連絡通路があり、雨でも外に出ることなく、ホテルからルームキーで解錠できる自動ドアを通って行き来でき、とても便利でした。 ホテルでのチェックイン・チェックアウトも簡単で、とてもスムーズでした。煩わしさもなく、お部屋も快適で過ごしやすかったです。

有明アリーナのコンサートで利用。自動車だったので駐車場利用したけどホテル入り口までの経路分かりずらっ！やっとホテル入り口に着いた感あり。チェックインはセルフチェックインだけど端末数が多くスタッフのサポートも良く、思ったより早く番が回ってきた。エレベーターも数が多いので殆ど待たない。部屋までの移動も清潔感ある雰囲気で良いカンジ。部屋も非常にキレイで明るく、広さも一人なので十分。眺望無しプランだから窓の外何も見えんけど、この部屋なら全然OK。アリーナまでは徒歩で10分くらい？近くも遠くもない距離感。ただね、途中コンビニが1件も無いのが辛いかな。一番近くのセブンが有明駅に隣接なのでコンサート帰りにホテル通り越して行く必要があり、ちょっと不便。でも部屋に戻れば十分な広さのバスルームで快適なバスタイムを堪能できた。製氷機も部屋の近くにあってお酒タイムも快適。何と電子レンジもあるとは！ミネラルウォーター2本サービスもありがたい！もしも次回利用する時は、食料は事前調達だな。

5月27日（土）に宿泊しました。夕食付を予約していましたが、遅い時間帯でしたので他のお客様も少なく急いで食べようとした時です。ステーキをお願いし、娘が写真を撮ろうとしたところ「撮っちゃダメ、最近の若い者はすぐに写真を撮ろうとする」とあからさまに嫌な顔をして嫌味を言われました。撮影禁止だったの？この食事以外のサービスはすごく良かったのに、この一言で台無しな旅となってしまいました。遅い時間で疲れていたのかもしれませんが、凄くがっがりです。次はありません。

特に素晴らしかったのが立地とお風呂。ショッピングモール(有明ガーデン)直結で買い物と食事を楽しめました。少し歩けば駅が近く、モノレールに乗って移動も楽です。空港とのリムジンバスもありがたい。 お風呂は種類が多くてとても綺麗！入浴料を払って利用するべき。温泉施設内の飲食ブースも良かったです。そういうところの割にはおいしかった！
