Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)4Posted: 8/15/2023家族4人でできるだけ安い宿と言う希望で選びました。 東京メトロ、ＪＲともに駅までは歩いて10分以上かかりますが、ＪＲに関しては、バスを利用すればバス停が近くにあり、恵比寿駅、渋谷駅にアクセス可能です。 建物はワンルームマンションをリノベーションした感じで、ミニキッチン（ミニ冷蔵庫、IH調理器、電子レンジ付）、ユニットバス（トイレ付）が付いています。お鍋、やかんもあり、簡単な調理可能です。 アメニティも充実いており、バスタオル、フェイスタオルはもちろん、パジャマ、シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープ、ドライヤー、食器用洗剤とスポンジ、歯磨きもあります。ただ、髭剃りは無いので、そこは注意です。 部屋もお風呂も清潔で、空いていたのが喫煙可能の部屋だったので、たばこの匂いは少し気になりましたが、それ以外は満足です。 フロントは外国人の方でしたが、日本語も話せ、対応も丁寧でした。 近くにはミニストップ、ローソン100もあり、便利でした。

近くにはコンビニもあり、薬局、スーパーなども徒歩で行けます。隣室の音が多少聞こえます。タオルなども日数以上においてくださり、良かったです。部屋は狭いですが、気になりません。自分でコンロを使って調理もできるし、レンジもあり便利でした。お値段もお安く泊まれて良かったです。

都内で5連泊出来るリーズナブルなホテルでした。 お風呂は隣に手頃な銭湯がありました。 立地は駅から遠く不便でしたがレンタサイクルのスポットが近くに有りそれを利用。 ほぼセルフのサービスで何も問題はありません。 一般のホテルのようなサービスはありませんが、費用を優先する場合最適かと思いました。 食事は西側の恵比寿方面に歩くと、何でもあるような感じで不便は全くありません。 24時間営業のマルエツスーパーも徒歩圏内で便利でした。
