    駅から遠くなく、周辺にはコンビニや飲食店も多く便利でした。朝食のバイキングもおいしかったです。 フロントは外人の研修中の方が多く、スムーズなやりとりとは言い難かったですが特別困ることもありませんでした。日本人の方もいらっしゃったのでサポート体制はとっているのだと思います。 唯一シャワーカーテンにカビが生えており非常に汚かったのが残念ポイントです。泊まった部屋だけだとは思えないので、清潔感を気にされるのであれば宿泊は考えたほうがいいです。

    2/14から2泊。アネックス館に宿泊しました。部屋に入った途端、どぶ臭いような変な臭いがして消臭剤を振りまきました。直後は臭いがなくなるもしばらくするとまた臭いが。。。22時頃臭いで頭痛がしてきたので部屋変更をお願いすると「空いている部屋があるのでそちらへ」と言われました。「移動の準備をしてください」と言われたので準備して待てど暮らせどフロントからの連絡は来ず。30分待ちましたが頭痛も酷くなってきたのでフロントに「まだですか？」と連絡しました。慌ててフロントの方が来ましたが、その時に「準備できたら連絡ください。と言うのをわすれました」と言われました。びっくりです。変えてもらった部屋は臭いはマシでしたが、机の裏に前の人のマスクやらゴミが残ったままでした。（落とした物を拾おうとしたのでわかりました。） 翌日、前の部屋に忘れたものを取りに行ったのですが、エレベーターを降りたとたんにあの臭いがしました。部屋はそれ以上に臭かった。本館に泊まった時は気にならなかったのですが、アネックス館には泊まりたくないです＞＜

    食事は種類が少なかった。味は良かったが、白米だけがベタついていて残念。 お風呂は浴槽が広くて良かったし、入浴剤がついていたからゆっくりできた。 最上階のため静かだった。 近くにイトーヨーカドーがあったので夕飯やデザート(シャトレーゼ)が買えてよかった。 ミネラルウォーター付きプランだけど、部屋においてなかったが、フロントに連絡したらすぐ、届けてくれた。 新宿御苑が徒歩圏内なため、散策できた。 概ねよかった。

    受験生の子供と利用。 価格優先で選んだので総合評価で3(普通)とさせていただきました。 古いホテルですが接客は丁寧で親切でした。 不満はバスタブの幅が狭くでぎりぎりなこと、（寒さで？)ウオッシュレットが使えなかったことです。 立地は少しあるけば新宿御苑か新宿３丁目に繋がるので、便利です。
