JR四ツ谷駅至近の立地を考えればコスパはよいと思います。 部屋はかなり圧迫感があり、寝るだけならいいですが、ちょっと仕事をやるには不向きです。とくに椅子が無いのがかなり不便。湯沸かしポットは埃がかなり付いており、ちゃんと清掃しているのか、疑問でした。 朝食はシンプルなビュッフェで、宿泊費を考えると悪くないです。 フロント前に設置している給水機でいつでも冷水が飲めるのですが、トラブルで水が出なかったので、フロント奥の事務室にいる女性スタッフ2人に声をかけたところ、 「すみません、だってさ」 「仕事だよ」 と小声の会話でしたが、しっかり聞こえてきました。それからしばらく待たされて、ようやく対応してくれました。なんだかな。。。 もっとマシな対応をお願いしたい。再利用はないと思います。

ミラブルプラスのシャワーヘッドに期待満々で泊まりましたが、予想よりも残念でした。しかし、ある程度のアルコールが無料で飲めることと、夕飯のカップラーメンは。大変たすかりました。全体的には大変満足しています。機会があればまた利用したいと思います。
