Toyama Bay is enriched by nutrients flowing down from the Tateyama Mountain Range. The rock oysters, absorbing plenty of these nutrients, have thick, juicy flesh! Packed with condensed umami flavor, they are a summer-only seafood delicacy representing Toyama. These rock oysters, large enough to be filling with just one, are available exclusively through this plan. <Each guest is provided with 2 items> If no preference is specified, we will prepare both as the recommended 'fresh oysters.', However, if you prefer, we can also change them to fried oysters. In addition, we carefully prepare fresh seasonal fish unique to Himi and local ingredients. We will meticulously craft each dish with heartfelt care!
