Japan|Age: 50s|Solo4Posted: 9/30/20239月28日に宿泊しました。日頃の疲れが癒されました。たたみのお部屋でのびのびとやすめました。大浴場のギャグジーのお風呂、気持ち良かったです。独り占めしてました。外国のお風呂見たくて優雅な気持ちで入りました。朝食が美味しかった。また食べに行きたいです。家庭的な和食です。味も良かった。ほっこりしました。7階からながめもよかったです。機会があれば、また利用したいです。

部屋は気に入っているが壁紙ものすごく薄い。 AM5時過ぎに隣の部屋で鳴っている目覚ましで毎日起こされた。 そして隣は30分も目覚まし鳴りっぱなし。毎日寝起きは最悪。 壁を『ドンっ』と叩くと目覚ましを止めて貰える始末 朝食もキュウリを使ったおかずが多く、瓜系アレルギーがある人は食べられるおかずが限られる。 部屋によってはブラインドにカビが生えている。 何ヶ月分もここのホテルの予約していましたが、今は少しずつ他のホテルに予約を変えている途中です。

駅から近くて、こじんまりとしているのに、館内や部屋は綺麗で、アメニティも何でもある、何でも出て来る、この値段でこんなにも快適に過ごさせてもらって、本当にいいのか？と思うレベル。富山では絶対ここにします！

和休さんはときどき利用させて頂いています。 今までは大人だけの利用でしたが、今回はまだ掴まり立ちくらいしかできない娘と僕の2人での利用をさせて頂いたのが、今までとの違いになります。 どうしても外せない富山への用件があり、ホテル選びは悩みました。 子どものことを考えると、和室タイプがいい。 でも市内にはそういったところは少ない。 真っ先に出てきたのが、今までお世話になってきた和休さんでした。 とはいえ、立地面でも結構人気のホテルなので、1か月前の予約とは言え、結構苦労しました。 とくに改善して欲しいことはありませんが、しいて言えばベビーカーを保管して置けるスペースが館内でも館外でもあると、とてもうれしいかなと思います。一般的には稀なケースなのかもしれませんが、親1人だけで荷物を運んだり、その上子どももとなると、けっこう大変でした。 小さいお子さんを連れたご家族だと大変喜ばれると思います。 いつも思いますが、富山駅前の再開発の前から知っていますが、新幹線が通るようになり、再開発が大きく進み、さらに便利になりましたよね。歩いて行ける場所が大きく増えたのは、観光客には大変いいことだと思います。 最後に書かせて頂くのは少しお詫びです。 子どもならではのことかもしれませんが、いろんなところを触りまくったり、ぐちゃぐちゃにしてしまったり、一番いけなかったのはスナック菓子をこぼしてしまったり。 できるだけ綺麗にしたつもりですが、完全に元通りにとまでは行かなかったと思います。 清掃スタッフの方にも手間をかけさせてしまい、大変失礼しました。 また、どこかで利用させていただきます。 宜しくお願いします。

①If you arrive past the scheduled arrival time without contacting us, we may cancel your reservation.
⑩If you can't stand smoking, please don't make a reservation for a non-smoking room. I am having a lot of trouble with the aftermath.

The parking lot is personally designated. Please use the section shown at the front desk.
Bed-sharing with children is limited to 12 years old (charged). It is not possible to use existing bed with children in a twin room for one person. (1 adult + 1 child) is subject to the twin rate.
② Please change the reservation schedule, room type, etc. by yourself. Or cancel your reservation and apply directly to the hotel.
③ We do not accept online reservations for groups of 10 or more (please contact the hotel directly). We do not accept reservations made by travel agencies. (we will cancel)
④Reservations are required for the parking lot (1,000 yen per car) (approximately 4.8m long x 1.8m wide). When the parking lot is full, please use a nearby paid parking lot.
⑤ If you smoke or use aromatherapy in a non-smoking room, we will charge 10,000 yen for cleaning the room and closing the room. In addition, we may refuse future reservations.
⑥ Luggage storage is limited to the day of your stay and the day of check-out. We cannot keep your luggage for days when you are not staying. There is a rental box inside JR Toyama Station, so please use it.
⑦The door will be locked after 1:00 am. After 1:00, please use the back entrance (north side, JR side, wedding hall side).
⑧Please check the location of the hotel on the map. It's next to Toyota Rent a Car Toyama Ekimae branch.
⑨Please do not make frequent changes to your reservation as it will interfere with other customers' reservations.
