This lodging has been in operation for about 800 years, and you can enjoy three gardens created by Mirei Shigemori, a famous landscape gardener from the Showa period, during a recent renovation. Meals are vegetarian, with no meat or fish. The number of dishes is medium for the plan. Please enjoy our homemade sesame tofu, which has been carefully kneaded over time, and seasonal vegetables. Both men's and women's baths use natural hot springs, and there is an open-air bath and sauna, so you can relax and unwind from the fatigue of your trip. The next morning's service starts at 6:00 and anyone is free to participate. We also have a room dedicated to copying sutras so that even first-time visitors can try it out, so please take this opportunity to try it out. You can also copy Buddha images and make prayer beads, so please ask us.
