チェックイン時の男性の対応が非常に丁寧で、素晴らしいと感じました。到着の時の対応はいつも重要と考えてるので、この対応だけでも、こちらのホテルを選んで良かったと感じました。お部屋もとても良く、景色がよく、窓も大きく、広かったです。和歌山駅が目の前で、立地も良く、言うことなしでした。和歌山は何度か行きましたが、今回初めてこちらに宿泊しました。温泉に日帰り入浴のため、お部屋のお風呂は使いませんでした。今回は夫婦で行きましたが、一人でも利用させていただきたいです。ありがとうございました。

初めて宿泊させて頂きました。ウエルカムドリンクにビールを頂き大満足です。また朝食時には、ご飯（白米）が大変美味しかったです。また出張時には、利用させて頂きます。
