Dinner - Standard - Tendo-so Kaiseki Our most 'standard' 1-night, 2-meal plan Tendo-so Kaiseki features a [monthly changing menu] With the concept of <24 solar terms>, we strive to create a presentation that evokes a sense of the seasons. The delicate transitions of the four seasons are expressed in each dish, not only in the cuisine itself. The vessels also change monthly to express the seasons. Traditional Flavor: 'Grilled Eel with Sweet Sauce' Tendoso originated in the early Meiji period as "Unagiya." The sauce, passed down as a family secret for six generations, is cherished as a 'traditional flavor.' For dinner, we offer this grilled eel as a traditional specialty. A trinity of carefully selected domestic eel, delicious rice from Yamagata, and a secret sauce, It is the specialty of our establishment, a truly special dish. Breakfast Nationally renowned varieties such as 'Tsuyahime' and 'Yukiwakamaru' Rice is unique to Yamagata A Japan breakfast with fragrant freshly cooked white rice as the main character.
