Japan|Age: 60s|Family with kid(s)4Posted: 9/22/2021お部屋もスタッフの対応も、とても良かったです。お食事は量がほどよく、質も大変良く、とても美味しかったです。残念なのは冷蔵庫の中が水しかなく、最近の宿はどこもサービスの飲み物がたくさん入っているので、がっかりしてしまいましたが、その他はすばらしかったです。お部屋の露天風呂も大浴場も気持ち良かったです。

仲居さん方が幼い印象がありました。お若い方が多いようですが、年齢のことではなく接客態度や言葉遣いについてです。預けた荷物の持ち運び方に丁寧さが感じられない、廊下をだるそうに歩いている、謝ってくださる時に目を見てもらえない、など気になる部分が多くありました。 食事とお風呂を楽しみに来ているのはもちろんですが、決して安くない料金を払うのは、一流のサービスを期待しているからです。 今後改善いただけることを願います。
