Japan|Age: 20s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 3/15/2023夫婦で宿泊しました。 コロナ禍で結婚してから一度も旅行しておらず、今回が初めての夫婦旅行でした。 素晴らしいホテルでした。 暇な時間があると思い、switchを持参していたのですが、 チェックインからお抹茶→ラウンジ→お風呂→ご飯→太鼓→ナイトバ→部屋のお風呂 という流れで、暇な時間もなく、楽しい時間を過ごせました。 この価格帯の宿泊ははじめてで、失敗を恐れていましたが、むしろサービスの内容を考えると安いとすら思いました。 また是非利用したいです。

奥さんの誕生日祝いで利用させていただきました。 お出迎えからお見送りまで様々な部分に細かいサービスがあり、施設やお料理にも大変満足させていただきました。 何よりも誕生日を覚えてくださっており、ご配慮をいただいたことに感動いたしました。 是非また利用させていただきます！

2月上旬に結婚記念日で利用させていただきました。 お部屋とお風呂、食事、配膳サービスは申し分なかったです。 一点だけ残念だったのはフロントサービスです。 到着日は大雪のため車が立ち往生してしまい、到着が遅れる旨を連絡したところ、「夕食は19時まで」とのこと。フロントからしたら仕事なので仕方ないのでしょうが、雪で無事に辿り着くかどうかの話をしている中で、わざわざ夕食のタイムリミットを話す必要はあったんでしょうか。 またフロントに伝えたいことが配膳担当の方に伝わってない事も重なり、この価格帯のサービスとしては非常にお粗末なものと感じました。

新婚旅行て利用させていただきました。 河口湖からは少し離れていますが、富士山に近く、近隣に観光地も多い良い立地だと思います。 館内はとても広く、庭園やお茶室までありますが、丁寧に説明していただけるので安心して利用できました。 お部屋、お食事もとても良く、所々に富士山があしらわれていて楽しいです。1日目はお天気が悪く、富士山は見れませんでしたが、和太鼓ショーやナイトバー等がある為、全然楽しめます。 一泊だけでは楽しみきれないほどだったので、また利用させていただきます。

今回、叔父叔母へのプレゼントで利用。 事前連絡でも叔父叔母がお世話になる旨、話をしていましたがチェックアウトの際に私が支払い済のクレカ決済明細を渡されてしまったようで二人に余計な気を使わせてしまいました。 当日の追加オーダーなどでチェックアウト時に支払いは生じると思いますが、事前連絡での説明もそうですし苗字も違うので、決済済の明細を出すのはスマートではないと思います。 一番のお気に入り宿をプレゼントしたくて奮発し、叔母夫婦も大変喜んでくれましたが配慮がなされずに残念です。
