For dinner, we offer specialties of the region, including Koshu wine beef, Fuji cherry pork, seasonal vegetables, and seafood. Relish the unique experience of a traditional Japanese home by starting a fire and grilling ingredients yourself. Upon arrival, staff will welcome you and provide a guide to the accommodation and instructions on using the sunken hearth. After that, enjoy a free and private evening in your own space. Spend a leisurely time around the sunken hearth, conversing with family, friends, or loved ones. -Dinner- Enjoy seasonal seafood, vegetables, Koshu wine beef, Fuji cherry pork, and other fresh ingredients of the season over the sunken hearth. Skewer fish and grill them, or cook rice in an earthen pot.
