温泉と食事は最高、接客に課題あり 3回目の利用です。温泉の質は相変わらず良好で、食事も前回利用した時よりも美味しく感じシェフにはリスペクトです。唯、チェックイン時に案内してくれた男性スタッフの対応が「?」と思うぐらいに無骨で残念でした。人手が足りず余裕がなくなったのかな?と分析もしましたがそれだけではなさそうです。要改善です。 クチコミの詳細はこちらから https://review.travel.rakuten.co.jp/hotel/voice/147507?reviewId=33123476735646
