Kurokawa Onsen Shinmeikan

lovely location, very fun place to stay. the baths are great and wr were fortunate to have the cave to ourselves. meals are good but the dinner requires sitting on the floor which is difficult for some. rooms are nice but futons on the floor are hard.

古い建物を整備して使っています。風情があってよかった。紅葉は未だ始まったばかりで、少し残念でした。

9月下旬に宿泊しました。 洞窟温泉が気になりこちらのお宿を選びました。温泉は丁度良い温度で、中でも洞窟温泉はちょっとした探検気分で面白かったです。 あとはなんといっても食事が絶品でした。 注意点はドライヤーが自室内のみで脱衣所にはありません。 あとは車で来られる方は大きな車だと道中細い道続くので大変だと思います(旅館前まで行くと従業員の方が案内してくれます)。 また宿泊しようと思います。 ありがとうございました。

友人と二人で一泊です。 スタッフの方は皆さんとても親切で最高のお宿でした。 チェックイン時にバスでの旅行とお話しすると帰りのバスは混雑するので予約したほうが良いと教えてくださり、帰りは上り坂があるバス停まで車で送っていただけてとても助かりました。 （実際朝のバスはとても混雑していたので予約なしだと乗れなかったかもしれません） 畳の良い香りがするお部屋で食事は夕飯と朝食どちらも美味しかったです。 肉や魚はもちろんですが、お米が美味しくてお腹に余裕があればおかわりしたいくらいでした。 料理名は忘れてしまいましたがサツマイモの中にチーズや魚介類の入った一皿も美味しかったです。 普段すぐに食事を終えてしまいますが、１時間以上かけてのんびり食事を楽しむことができました。 お風呂は5つとも入ることができ、どれも素敵でした。 露天風呂の風の湯は熱すぎず趣もあって特に好きです。 7月末に宿泊したのでまた別の季節にもう一度泊まりたいです！

🏅Great location: very close to the bus stop. For those who not drive this is a great spot. Traditional Japanese style house and room. 🏆Brilliant service: it’s hard to criticize Japanese style service. And even those who are not originally from Japan did a great job serving all the customers. After we checked out, the staff drove us to other two sister spa hotels where we enjoyed two more free onsen. 🗾Dining: dinner was marvelous and showed us what traditional Japanese cuisine looks like. Service was also great. Breakfast contains a lot of different small dishes but we found it a bit too salty. ⛩️Onsen: very special and unique! Love the cave onsen and outdoor onsen which asks for a bit climb up the mountain. Unique experience in Japan! I’d recommend this onsen hotel to anyone and enjoyed our stay very much.
