Japan|Age: 60s|Family with kid(s)3Posted: 6/05/2023昔ながらの温泉ホテルでした。設備はかなり古く、修繕も手作り感満載でしたが使い勝手に困ることはありませんでした。 お風呂も年期が入っていましたが、源泉掛け流しで温泉としての雰囲気と効能はあったと思います。食事も豪華とは言いませんが十分でした。従業員はみんな親切でした。 ゴージャスな宿泊ではなく、家族で昭和の温泉ホテルを味わいたい方なら良いかと思います。

前日連絡で丁寧に「GWで道が混んでいると思いますがお気をつけてお越しください」とのお電話をいただきました。 この時点でお客様第一のおもてなしに期待大！ 野生の鹿が歩いている湯の湖のほとりに立つ由緒あるホテル。勝海舟も泊まったと書いてあり、ロマンを感じました。 お風呂は白濁色の硫黄風呂。体の芯まで温まり寝るまでホカホカでした。 一番驚いたのが食事です。 前菜からメイン、デザートまで工夫を凝らした創作料理で、手抜きのない味と色合い。お客様が一番美味しい状態で食べられるよう、各テーブルを伺いながらのサービス。 配膳スタッフは外国人の方が多かったように見受けられましたが、しっかりと教育がなされ日本語もうまく、何よりも温かかったです。 朝食も手を抜いておらず、すべて美味しくいただきました。あの朝食が恋しいです。 素晴らしいサービスと料理。 毎年、年3回旅行に行っていますが、過去最高の食事とサービスでした。 帰りもフロントの方がいろいろお話ししてくれて、車の近くまでお見送りしてくれました。 次、栃木に行くときも必ず寄らせていただきます。

スキー場にも近く､温泉も食事も充分楽しめました。サービス､アメニティーも充分にして過剰ではなく快適に過ごさせていただきました。
