繁華街からは少し離れるが周辺は静かでコンビニも近くとても過ごしやすい。 ただ、風俗街がすぐ近くにあるのでびっくりした。

高松駅から徒歩10分未満、琴電瓦町からは徒歩5分未満、繁華街から少しだけ離れているため夜に騒がしいなどは一切ない。 しかし繁華街へは非常に近く立地はよい。 また高松のアーケード街は意外と広いため、レンタサイクル移動が便利だが川原駅前のレンタサイクルポートも近い。 難点があるとすると、繁華街のはずれは22時くらいになるとアーケードの明かりが謎に落とされるためちょっと怖い雰囲気かもしれない（とはいえ人通りは多いし店もやってるが） 部屋も綺麗で掃除も行き届いており良い。 駐車場は止めにくそうな感じがある。

８月24日に宿泊しました。レグザムホールでライブがあり徒歩で行けるホテルを探してて予約を入れました。高速を降りてから約10分程。お部屋は狭すぎず、ベッドはセミダブルでゆったり、WiFiも使えて大満足でした。近くにはコンビニがあるのも良かったです。チェックアウトの時には車を移動しててすぐ乗れるようして頂いて嬉しかったです。このお値段で宿泊出来ありがとうございました。機会が有れば是非利用したいです。
