Japan|Age: 30s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 3/21/2023今回初めて宿泊させていただきました。以前から一度宿泊してみたいなと思っていたので楽しみにしていました。お料理、接客、温泉全てに関して期待以上のもので最初から最後まで非日常の空間で過ごせました。 お部屋の露天風呂は温度もちょうど良く広さも十分にあり温泉が掛け流しなのでいつでも好きなタイミングで入る事が出来たので良かったです。お部屋も今回はスイートに宿泊させていただきましたが、思った以上に広く5人でも快適に過ごせました。 お料理も一品ずつ見た目も素晴らしく食べるのが勿体ないくらいで味もどれも大変美味しかったです。量もちょうど良く土鍋で炊いた炊きたてのご飯は特に最高でした。 接客サービスもみなさん丁寧で大変素晴らしくスタッフの方は比較的若い方ばかりでしたが、一生懸命さが伝わってきて気持ちのこもったサービスに感動しました。大変嬉しかったです。 心の底からまた泊まってみたいなと思えるお宿でした。 全てに関して大満足です。 ありがとうございました。

3月中旬に家族で宿泊しました。 丁寧ね接客でいい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。 食事美味しくいただきましたが、中学生の息子には足らなかったようです。私達夫婦には適量でしたが… ニューアワジグループの宿に宿泊するのは、ここで3つ目ですが、安心して泊まることが出来ます。 ありがとうございました。

ふぐのコースにしましたか夫婦とも量が足らず少し寂しかったです。 それ以外は満足です！

Notice from property
■Accommodation contract shall be based on the hotel's accommodation agreement.
■If the number of guests is 15 or more, we have a separate cancellation policy, so please refer to our accommodation agreement for details.
■ Supplement to the cancellation policy
*During the peak season (12/31-1/3, 5/2-5/5, 8/12-8/15), in addition to the basic cancellation policy, 10% of the accommodation fee will be charged for cancellations made 14 days to 4 days before. A cancellation fee will be charged.
If you change the schedule of the accommodation contract after the penalty date has passed, and then cancel the accommodation contract, you will be charged the full amount of the accommodation fee regardless of the penalty date for the changed schedule. .
Invalidation of contract due to mistake: We pay close attention to the product price, but in the unlikely event that an error in the selling price occurs due to human error or system failure,
