Japan|Age: 30s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 9/9/2023新婚旅行で2泊しました。 仲居さんの対応やお食事、お部屋等は本当に素晴らしいものでした。 投稿すべきかとても悩んだのですが、気になったことを3点お伝えさせてください。 1.押入れの中の布団用シーツに血のようなものがついていました。 2.押入れの中の掛け布団のタグにクリーニングに出した時に貼られるようなナンバーのついた紙とホチキスがついていました。→0歳の娘がタグを舐めており発見しました。ヒヤッとしました。 3.居間から洗面所に入る扉付近の上の方は広範囲に埃がついていました。 素晴らしい宿だからこそ、あえて共有させていただきました。 0歳の娘との旅行、母として楽しみでありながら不安な気持ちもありました。そんな中、ハイハイしやすいようにと広いお部屋へグレードアップして下さったり仲居さんが娘に優しく接して下さりました。また、新婚旅行のお祝いも嬉しかったです。楽しく思い出に残る旅になりました。ありがとうございました。

浴衣の加齢臭の件で、お部屋係とフロントに伝えました。一週間になりますが、改善されたのでしょうか？

お部屋は清潔感があり、おしゃれでとても素敵でした。 食事も大変満足です。 ただ、浴衣が臭い。 部屋もなんとなく湿気臭い。 スタッフもチェックインのときは親切だがチェックアウトの時は何となく雑ですね。

息子の誕生日旅行に初めて利用させて頂きました。露天風呂付き客室は色々と泊まってますが、その中でも上位にはいるぐらいよかったです。息子がもう一泊したいと言ってぐらぃ、家族みんな満足しています。また、機会があれば利用させて頂きます。
