Japan|Age: 70s|Friends4Posted: 3/22/20233年前に一度利用していて、お風呂が気に入ったのでリピートしました。 お風呂は硫黄の匂いがして相変わらず癒されました。 お食事は3年前よりパワーアップしていてどれも美味しかったです。こんなにチーズを贅沢に使ったお料理をたくさん食べれるのは初めてでした。 またぜひお世話になりに行きたいです。

3月19日から1泊で利用しました。 チェックイン時にフロントに掲示してある家族風呂のボードの空き時間を確認して予約すると既に埋まっているとのこと、ボードに空きがある旨を伝えると、更新されていないと回答されました。更新しない案内ボードは意味が無いので撤去した方が良い、その方がホテルの作業削減にも繋がります。 客は案内ボードを見て予約するので失望させずに済みます。 渋々部屋に入ると、既に布団が敷いてあった。初めての経験で、これでどうやって寛いだら良いのか疑問に感じる。せめてチェックイン時に一言あるべき。次に翌朝風呂に入ろうとフロントの前を通ったら、なんと係の男性が口を開けて爆睡、これまで行った宿は『おはようございます！』と挨拶して貰って朝から気持ちの良い気分になっていただけに、ただ呆れた、勤務中の態度に深刻な緊張感の欠如が見られた。朝食は7:45分スタートはちょっと遅いのでは無いか？恐らく外国人ツアー客と時間差にする為かも知れないけど、それにしても遅いと思う。他にも伝えたい事は沢山あるけど、文字数に制限があるので、このぐらいにしておきます。全般的に客よりも自分たちの都合で動いている印象を受けた。二度と利用することは無いでしょうが、温泉は良かった点は付け加えておきます。

家族で行きました。久しぶりの利用でしたが、快適でした。 しいて言えば、ステーキとラーメンがズラッと並んでいて待つの亡がかったくらいでした。
