Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)3Posted: 5/29/2023フロントの方の対応が冷たい対応で他のホテルや旅館では受けたことがない対応でした。 帰りに京都駅までのバス停を聞くとホテルの向かい側と教えていただきましたが違いました。 よく聞かれる事ではないのかなと思うのでせめてそれぐらいはちゃんと教えていただきたかったです。 一緒に行った家族も他のところにすればよかったねと残念そうにしてました。

駅から離れていましたが、近くにバス停が有ります。夕食を食べる場所に少し苦労しました。前もって調べておくべきでした。係の方は、親切です。 気になったのは、トイレのウォシュレットの清掃が、不十分だと思いました。 汚れが残っていたので、使用しませんでした。

仕事で様々なホテルを利用する事はありましたが、 洗面所の水道から濁った水が出るのには、正直目を疑いました。 風呂のシャワーの蛇口を閉めても水が出る、風呂桶が汚れている のは、まだ我慢が出来ますが、洗面所自ら汚水がでるのは 許せませんでした。しばらくすると普通の水にもどりましたが 気持ち悪くて使用する気も失せました。 ロビーとか外観はきちんとしているようですが、 客室の中はひどい有様です。よくある外面だけいいホテルに 見せている典型的な駄目ホテルでした。 写メで汚水を乗せておけばよかったです！

ホテルや部屋が清潔な感じでとてもよかったです。お風呂のシャンプーなどの使い心地がよかったです。中学校の修学旅行とかち合いましたが全く影響がなかったです。
