Breakfast: Western-style breakfast made with Miyama's renowned local specialties We will prepare and serve a Western breakfast using Miyama's prized local specialties. Our staff will start preparations in the facility's kitchen from around 7 AM.(You can consult with us to change the time during check-in) You can also rent high-class bicycles for 2200 yen. Dinner is generally self-catered using the well-equipped kitchen. As you can bring your own items, you are welcome to enjoy your favorite ingredients and drinks. We also offer arrangements for ingredients or catering services upon request. Options such as free-range chicken hot pot sets, boar hot pot sets, and river fish ingredient sets like ayu and amago are also available. Please enjoy cooking using the sunken hearth. If you wish to make arrangements, please contact us at least three days in advance. The chicken is locally sourced, and the vegetables are from Miyama or domestically produced. The hot pot comes with side dishes, rice, and fruit.
