    気仙沼が好きで、毎年何度も行っていますが、プラザホテルは初めての宿泊でした。従業員の接客もお料理もとても良く、温かいものが熱々丁度良い温度で提供されているのに感動しました。いろいろなホテルを利用していますが、主人も満足してました。感じの良いホテルでした。是非次も利用したいと思います。

    山側とはいえ、海、街が見えるお部屋でした。港も近く散策、食事楽しめました!

    手違いで、夕食なしで手配しました 到着時変更できるものとおもっていましたが 午後四時にフロントで夕食付に変更を依頼しましたが、一切変更できませんとの回答 オプション追加料理とかあるはずなのに、席が取れませんとの事 食事場所は別にあるのに、不親切な態度に呆れました 今年三月、南三陸ホテル観洋に泊まり良い印象で予約したのですが、ホテルが違うと姉妹店でも 従業員態度が違うこと感じました

    山側との事でしたが港が見えて夜景も楽しめたし部屋も広く食事も良かったです!

    部屋が狭くて、ビジネスホテルのようでした。ゆったり感は0でした。せっかくくつろぎに行ったのに残念です。

●Please be sure to contact us if your check-in time is over for guests with dinner.

● Only for customers who have reserved a room type that is subject to exterior wall repair work, you will receive a voucher that can be used at our group's directly managed stores in Kesennuma Ooichiba and Umi no Ichi, in addition to the hotel building. We will present 1000 yen per person.

●If the meal time is after 20:00, the dining place may change or the meal (dinner) may not be served.

●Regarding the child rate, if you are bringing a child under the age of 3 and do not need meals or bedding, please do not enter the child's name in the remarks column. (because it is free)

●Please let us know in the remarks column if you have any other requests regarding meals, such as those with food allergies or ingredients that cannot be eaten. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

●Children under infants are not included in the number of people in the room.

● Bathing tax for adults 150 yen will be charged separately.

●From 1/16 to 7/22 (scheduled), the outer wall of the hotel will be repaired. It is difficult to see the scenery only from the mountain-side Japanese-style room ([Exterior wall repair work]).
