線路側の部屋を準備し鉄道ファンの要望に応えてくださったのが嬉しい。喫煙可の部屋で匂いがきつく、消臭スプレーで対応した。禁煙の部屋をもっと増やしてほしい。

建物や部屋は古く、風呂もとても狭いですが、立地、価格、スタッフの対応は素晴らしいです。帰宅して部屋にスマホ充電器を忘れてきたことを、夕方に電話したところ、次の日の朝に着払いで届きました。素早い対応をとってくださり大変感謝しています。
