Savor the melt-in-your-mouth flavor of Sado Beef with two types of Sado salt ♪ <Sado Wagyu banquet cuisine> [Breakfast] [Dinner]

This is a popular plan where you can enjoy both rare Sado Wagyu beef and the bounty of the Sea of Japan♪ ■What is Sado Wagyu beef? Although it is not well known, Wagyu beef from Sado is one of the highest quality in the country! At the Sado beef market, beef from all over the country is purchased, and it is raised as a brand beef in each region. Matsusaka beef, Yonezawa beef, Hida beef, etc. The high-quality Wagyu beef you have eaten so far may actually have been born in Sado. Sado beef, which is carefully raised in the great outdoors where the Japanese crested ibis flies, is a rare Wagyu beef with only a few head per month being distributed to the market. We have prepared a plan that allows you to taste this legendary Sado beef during your trip to Sado. It is served on a teppanyaki grill, so you can enjoy it freshly grilled to your liking. ■Rooms All rooms are non-smoking, Wi-Fi is available, and there is a smoking corner on each floor for guests who smoke. (Only the 3rd floor has no smoking area) ■Dinner A course meal where you can enjoy both meat and seafood dishes, including seafood from the Sea of Japan and the main dish "Sado Beef Diced Ceramic Steak (100g)". Please also enjoy "Beef Stew Pie Wrapped Baked" made with Sado Beef♪ (11 dishes including appetizers to desserts) ■Breakfast Wake up to a healthy island breakfast, including seaweed shabu-shabu with flying fish stock, Sado Island's local cuisine, and freshly cooked plump Sado Koshihikari rice. ・Both dinner and breakfast are served in the restaurant/hall (chair seats). ・Elementary school students will receive the same meal as adults, and infants will receive a children's lunch. ・The meal content will change from the second night onwards. ・Please contact us in advance if you have any food allergies. ■Large public bath/open-air bath The indoor bath is boiled water, and the open-air bath is hot spring (hypotonic weak alkaline hot spring). Available late at night and early in the morning (business hours 15:00-10:00 the next morning) ■Hotel area information 100m to convenience store, 300m to Aikawa restaurant street. 300m to Kirarium Sado (Sado Gold and Silver Mine Guidance Facility), and within walking distance to Kitazawa Flotation Plant ruins, Sado Magistrate's Office ruins, Tokikane Tower, Kyomachi and other spots where you can experience Sado's history, culture, nature and scenery♪
