    別府駅から歩いて行ける距離で良かったです。湯けむりバイキングは、どれを食べてもおいしく、大満足です。ゲーセンもコインランドリーもあって、楽しく過ごせました。

    トイレットペーパーホルダーの2つあるうちの下のが三角折りされていなかった。 ハンドソープが置き場所が洗面器の風呂側に置かれていて、定位置ではないような気がした。 シャンプーなどボトル類全部中身が半分以下。　 まるで誰か一度入って使ったのではないかと思うような状態。 それから、服をかけるところにつるしてあった衣料用スプレー？のようなものは中身が空。 充電器の入った茶色い布の袋にホコリ。 なにこれ。 温泉は広くて綺麗でよかったです。

    朝食会場で、外国人のスペースに案内され、不快な対応をうけました。 朝食会場の受付で日本語で挨拶や受け答えを行い、テーブル案内時も「食べ終わったらカードを裏返して下さい」と日本語で説明されたので、最初は外国人スペースであることを気がつきませんでした。 数分後に、とある夫婦が近くのテーブルに案内されて、英語で強い口調でカードの説明を受けてました。すると、夫婦が日本人だったようで、日本人ですと日本語で伝えると、ここは外国人用なので別のエリアに案内しますねと物腰柔らかくなり、他へ案内しに去って行きました。 日本人と外国人が使用するスペースを分けるのは良いと思います。しかし、どうやって区別してるんでしょうか？顔ですか？雰囲気ですか？日本語が話せる外国人と思ったんでしょうか？会場受付の人の勝手な判断で決めつけるのはよくないのでは？ 6時45分くらいに向かったので、まだたくさんテーブルも空いてる状況でしたので、不思議でたまりません。 お風呂は最高によく、朝食は色々あり美味しかったので、不愉快な経験をして残念でした。
