Japan|Age: 60s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 2/28/20232月26日に宿泊しました。 いつもはスタンダードのお部屋でしたが、今回はデラックスルームでお世話になりました。畳の所があると床にも座れるし、とてもリラックスした感じでした。 お風呂もゆっくり入れたし、夜に雪が降っていたので中々経験できない露天風呂でした。夜、朝とも食事もとても美味しく満足です。 スタッフの方も元気があり爽やかな感じでした。 又行きたくなるホテルの一つです。 お世話になりました。

2月26日に宿泊しました。 年老いた両親と主人とで２部屋とりました。 母は一歩二歩なら歩けるのですが、車椅子じゃないと生活できません。私が今回で3度目の宿泊で食事もお風呂もとても良かったので両親を連れて来ました。 最初は頑張って一歩ずつ階段を歩こうと思ったのですが母が階段を見ただけで断念しました。露天風呂に入れてあげたかったのでとても残念でしたが、部屋風呂で満足してくれました。お料理も美味しく特に栃木牛が美味しいと喜んでくれました。86と87歳の両親は周りがびっくりするほどの食欲です。他の口コミを見ると足りなかったとか目にしたのでカップ麺やパン等を用意しましたが出番はなかったです。パンのおかわりはもちろん、朝食もバイキングでしたので両親とも大変満足してくれました。 そして食後に階段で車椅子を運んでくれたり、ディナーの時は担当の女性の方が親切に声を掛けて頂いたりとスタッフの方にもお世話になりました。又、機会があったら宿泊したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

夕食は、レストランで浴衣のままでは入れませんし、夕食にガッツリ食べたい方は物足りなさを感じるでしょう。ただ味は良かったと思います。一部の食材を除いては・・・。好きな味かも知れませんのでコメントは控えさせて頂きます。一番の満足は、お部屋ですかねぇ〜って感じでした。

思いのほか部屋も広く眺望もgood。できれば部屋にドリンクサービス（無料の水等）があればよいと思った。
