    駅からわかりやすく立地がとても良い フロントが狭く混雑時は混み合うのと、待ちスペースがあまりないことは気になるが土地柄仕方がない気もします。 シングル予約でしたが、空いているとのことでツインの広い部屋にしてくれてありました。

    立地はすごく良く、便利でした。チェックアウトが混み合い、支払いがない人はカードキー返却だけなのに列に並ばないといけないのが少し面倒でした。

    徒歩で、銀座の街中へ買い物や食事に行けるのが、良かった。朝食メニューがスイーツなど色々あり、楽しく頂けました。チェクインや荷物を出す際、フロントが混み合っていて、少し待つことがあったので、その一点ですが、改善していただけたらと思います。期待を込めて…。

    部屋は床材がカーペットではなくフローリング？だったので珍しいな、と思いました。立地は駅前で、朝食を食べに行く場所も沢山あったので素泊まりでも問題なかったです。
